LAST UPDATED: MAY 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Brute Communications ("Brute Communications," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with our website at brutecommunications.com (the "Site") and our hardware sourcing, quoting, and procurement services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit our "Request a Quote" form, the details you enter are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our form-processing provider, Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to us by email. The information you may provide includes:

  • Your name;
  • Your company or organization name;
  • Your email address;
  • The contents of your message, including hardware requirements, quantities, budgets, timelines, or any other details you choose to share.

If you contact us directly by email or by other means, we receive whatever information you include in that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit the Site our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, referring pages, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not set first-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising services. The Site loads web fonts from Google Fonts; when these fonts are requested, Google may receive your IP address and basic request information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. When you submit the quote form, your entry is processed by Web3Forms; see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. If we add analytics or other cookie-based technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and prepare quotes for IT hardware;
  • Source, configure, and arrange delivery of the equipment you request;
  • Communicate with you about your requests, orders, and our Services;
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our Services;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues;
  • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers and suppliers: with distributors, manufacturers, logistics and shipping partners, payment processors, IT and hosting providers, and similar vendors who perform functions on our behalf and are bound to use the information only for those purposes;
  • Legal and safety reasons: when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Brute Communications, our customers, or others;
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case information may be transferred as a business asset;
  • With your direction: when you ask us to share information or otherwise consent.

4. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, and residents of California may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising those rights.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@brutecommunications.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

7. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have data-protection rules different from those in your country.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
