An extension of the manufacturers you already rely on.

We source through authorized distribution and manufacturer reseller programs, and we put that access to work on one problem: getting your organization premier hardware at a price point it can carry.

Manufacturer-backed

The manufacturer's engineering, warranty and roadmap — carried through to you.

Everything we quote comes through authorized distribution. Serial numbers arrive registered and warranty-eligible, so what lands in your asset register is exactly what your auditor and your support desk expect to find.

The manufacturer's warranty is assigned to you in full. Where a warranty can't be assigned, we pursue the claim with the manufacturer or distributor on your behalf rather than handing you a phone number.

Capital planning

Built around your capital plan, not against it.

Hardware costs have moved in one direction for three years, and most organizations are absorbing that against a budget set before it happened. We work the problem from the budget backwards: what has to be replaced now, what can phase into next cycle, and where a configuration change buys the same capability for less.

Where a rolling refresh spreads the spend better than a single purchase, we'll build the quote that way. Where deferring one line to next cycle protects the rest of the plan, we'll say so — even when it means a smaller order today.

Specification

Specified for the work, and rated for it.

Commercial hardware exists for reasons that only show up in year two: duty-cycle ratings, warranty terms that actually cover business use, driver and firmware support that outlives the model year, and configurations certified by the software vendors your team depends on.

We specify against those requirements first. It is the difference between equipment you replace on your schedule and equipment that fails on its own.

Delivery

One quote, one invoice, and product that ships direct.

A mixed-brand build normally means separate carts, separate freight and separate reconciliation on your end. We consolidate it into a single quote and a single invoice, with one person to email when a line item needs to change.

Product ships from the distributor to your site — no double handling, no extra week in transit, no markup for storage nobody needed. Multi-location orders split across addresses on the same order.

Commercial terms

The terms, stated plainly and published.

Our full Terms & Conditions are on this site rather than attached to a quote you only see after committing.

Payment

Due in advance until we approve credit terms in writing, then net thirty days from invoice. If we need prepayment on an unusually large order, you hear it before we place it, not after.

Price movement

If freight, manufacturer pricing, tariffs or duties move the total more than five percent between quote and fulfillment, you can cancel the affected items at no cost — provided we haven't yet placed the order.

Tax

Quoted tax is an estimate, finalized at invoicing against the ship-to jurisdiction. Send exemption certificates to AR@brutecommunications.com before invoicing.

Returns

Configured-to-order products, special-order items and manufacturer service entitlements can't be returned once ordered — which is why we confirm every configuration with you in writing first.

These are summaries. The full Terms & Conditions govern every order.

Next step

Send us the requirement. We'll come back with options and a price.

Part numbers, a written spec, or the outcome you need. Any of the three is enough to begin.
