These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at brutecommunications.com (the "Site") and the services offered by Brute Communications ("Brute Communications," "we," "us," or "our"), including our IT hardware sourcing, quoting, and procurement services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using the Site or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Services.

1. Who We Are

Brute Communications is a technology provider that helps businesses source, configure, and procure IT hardware, including computers, displays, conferencing equipment, headsets, networking gear, and infrastructure such as servers and storage. The Site is primarily informational and is the starting point for requesting quotes and discussing requirements with our team.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Site or Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Orders

• Requests are not orders. Submitting information through the Site or by email starts a conversation; it does not create a binding order or obligate either party.
• Quotes are estimates. Any quote we provide is an invitation to do business and is non-binding unless and until confirmed in a written order or agreement. Pricing, availability, lead times, and specifications are based on information available at the time and may change without notice, including due to manufacturer and distributor pricing, stock levels, and currency or freight fluctuations.
• Orders are governed by separate terms. Accepted orders are subject to the order confirmation, invoice, and any applicable supplemental terms (such as terms of sale, warranty, return, and delivery terms), which together with these Terms govern the transaction. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and not by Brute Communications.
• Errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel quotes at any time before an order is confirmed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, including by introducing malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network, or breach any security or authentication measures;
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our prior written consent;

5. Intellectual Property

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRUTE COMMUNICATIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brute Communications regarding the Site.
